I’m a new guest — where do I start?+
Start by choosing your service experience from our menu, then get matched with an artist using our matchmaking quiz. Once you’ve chosen a service and stylist, request your appointment through our online booking platform. You’ll receive a notification once your appointment is confirmed, and our team will reach out directly if we need more detail about your hair history.
Do you offer consultations?+
Yes. Every visit begins with a personalized consultation covering your hair history, what can be achieved in one session, and the maintenance that suits your lifestyle. Our Digital Consultation Form helps us prepare before you arrive. For accurate pricing, you’re welcome to request a complimentary in-salon consultation.
How does pricing work?+
Prices shown are starting rates. Your final quote may adjust for hair length, density, extra product, or service upgrades (for example, extra length/thickness +$25, new highlights +$75). You’ll see these options when booking, and your stylist will confirm your total before services begin — no surprises. Salon pricing may occasionally vary.
What is your cancellation policy?+
To cancel or reschedule, please notify the salon no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so results in a $25 fee, which must be paid prior to rescheduling. Guests who don’t give notice and don’t show incur a $75 no-show fee.
What if I’m running late?+
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time so the next guest isn’t delayed, and pricing cannot be adjusted for reduced service time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, and a cancellation fee will be applied. Please arrive 2–3 minutes before your appointment time.
Can I bring a guest with me?+
To keep the salon comfortable for everyone, only guests receiving services may come into the salon. A child or person with special needs receiving services may be accompanied by one parent, guardian, or caretaker.
What if I’m not happy with my service?+
Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We honor redos and corrections within one week of the original service, scheduled with your original service provider. Product returns and exchanges are honored within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
Where do I park?+
We have 4 reserved spaces on the property, plus street parking and a paid lot directly next door. If you pay for parking, let your service provider know at checkout so we can validate it. Our salon sits at the back of the plaza — turn into the driveway on Peralta and drive to the back lot.
